AChE inhibition commonly utilized as biomarker for pesticides. In membrane based biosensors enzyme immobilization onto an electrode surface prime importance. previous studies, conducting polymers-based supports have been used AChE. this study, novel platform was developed. The simultaneous polymerization pyrrole functional thiol/ene monomers performed to prepare conductive thermosets. AchE covalently immobilized membranes through epoxy groups. After process, optimal temperature increased 50 °C, displaying better thermal stability optimum pH elevated 8.5. activity tested in presence several metals, it found Cu2+ ions caused noticable inhibition. 10 cycles, retained 51% its original activity. accordance with our results; durability were improved. future method applied here can be design biosensor.
